The Ask® | Authority Club | 2026 Membership Agreement

This Agreement is between Ellen Donnelly, The Ask (trading as EK Donnelly Ltd) (“Coach”), and Authority Club Members (“Member”), whereby Coach agrees to provide group-based mentorship, training, and community support.

1. Membership Overview

Authority Club (“AC”) is a 6-month Membership designed to help Members build authority, sharpen their positioning, and attract higher-value clients. It includes strategic guidance, implementation support, and a member community hosted on Circle.

The Membership period runs from 12th January to 10th July 2026.

2. Membership Inclusions

Membership includes:

  • The Authority Manifesto – A structured playbook and case study library

  • Monthly Live Training (75 min) – Deep dives into positioning, content, marketing, and sales

  • Monthly Hot Seat Coaching (up to 75 min) – Bring live business challenges for group coaching

  • Monthly Content Clinic – Personalised feedback on one piece of content per month

  • Peer Ideation Sessions – Collaborative sessions with other Members

  • Access to Past Trainings & Resources – Replay library and materials within Circle

Coach may adjust or replace Membership features to improve Member experience. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Standard Membership fee: £950 for 6 months of access

  • Payment is non-refundable

  • If choosing a payment plan, the Member commits to the full 6-month fee and must complete all instalments; cancellation does not void payment obligations

4. Schedule & Participation

  • Multiple live sessions take place each month

  • Replays and resources are available in Circle

  • Members are responsible for managing their own participation and deciding which sessions to attend

  • No personalised catch-ups, reschedules, or summaries of missed content will be provided

5. Renewal & Cancellation

  • Membership runs from 12th January to 10th July 2026

  • Members may choose to continue or upgrade into future AC cycles at their discretion

  • No mid-cycle cancellations or refunds

  • Content access ends on 10th July 2026

  • Payment-plan Members must complete all instalments

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Participate actively when attending sessions

  • Implement the strategies provided

  • Maintain a respectful, constructive environment

  • Uphold the confidentiality of fellow Members

  • Respect the intellectual property of Ellen Donnelly

7. Confidentiality

All discussions and shared materials within Authority Club are confidential and may not be shared outside the Membership.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Ellen Donnelly. They may be used for personal business development only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused commercially.

9. Termination

The Coach may terminate Membership (without refund) in cases of:

  • Gross misconduct

  • Breach of confidentiality

  • Misuse of intellectual property

  • Disruptive behaviour that negatively impacts the Membership

Either party may terminate with one week’s notice in cases of extenuating circumstances.

10. Limited Liability

Coach makes no guarantees of financial or business outcomes. Authority Club provides mentorship, training, and community support through an advisory capacity.

It does not include done-for-you services, or legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Coach is not liable for actions taken by the Member.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Coach and Member. No external verbal or written agreements apply unless signed by both parties.

By paying for your place in Authority Club, you agree to these Programme Terms.
