Authority Letters
2025 Programme Agreement & Payment Information
This Agreement is entered into by and between Ellen Donnelly, The Ask (Trading as EK Donnelly Ltd) (“Coach”), and Authority Letters Participants (“Participant”), whereby Coach agrees to provide editorial support, accountability, and community-based learning for the Participant, Authority Letters (“Programme”).
1. Programme Overview
Authority Letters is a six-week cohort programme designed to help participants write and publish a Hero Piece of long-form content. Authority Letters combines training, implementation, peer accountability, and editorial guidance to support Participants in completing a high-quality, authority-building piece of work.
2. Authority Letters Inclusions
Participants will receive:
3x Live Training Sessions (75 min) – Practical editorial lessons on developing the Hero Piece idea, structure, positioning and its distribution
3x Live Implementation Calls (60 min) – Guided working sessions with accountability and peer support to get work done
Community Support – Access to a private group for feedback, accountability, and networking during the six weeks
Light-Touch Editorial Direction – Feedback and guidance from Ellen Donnelly on the Participant’s Hero Piece
Coach reserves the right to adjust the Programme format if necessary, ensuring that any changes provide equal or greater value to Participants.
3. Fees & Payment
The Programme fee is £950 (one-off payment) unless a discount has been agreed.
Payment plans may be available on request.
Payment is non-refundable and covers access to the six-week cohort starting 3rd November 2025.
4. Participation & Scheduling
The Programme runs for six consecutive weeks, beginning 3rd November 2025 finishing 12th December 2025.
Live calls will be recorded and replays shared, but no personalised catch-ups or rescheduled sessions will be offered.
Participants are responsible for managing their own time and ensuring active participation in the cohort.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
As this is a fixed-term cohort, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once payment has been made unless extenuating circumstances apply.
Participants joining via a payment plan remain responsible for completing all agreed instalments regardless of their participation.
Early withdrawal from the Programme does not exempt the Participant from payment.
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
Attend and participate in live sessions where possible
Take responsibility for completing their own Hero Piece during the Programme
Respect the confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property of fellow participants and their work
Engage respectfully and professionally within the community
7. Confidentiality
All discussions and shared drafts within the Programme are confidential. Participants agree not to share the personal, professional, or business-sensitive information of others outside the group.
8. Intellectual Property
All teaching content, frameworks, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Ellen Donnelly.
Materials may be used for the Participant’s personal business development only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed for any reason.
9. Limited Liability
Ellen Donnelly makes no guarantees regarding specific publishing results, financial outcomes, or business impact of the Participant’s work.
The Programme provides mentorship, editorial guidance, and accountability—it does not constitute done-for-you editing, publishing services, or legal/financial advice.
10. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between Coach and Participant. No verbal or written agreements made outside of this document shall be considered binding unless signed by both parties.
By paying for your place in Authority Letters, you agree to these Programme Terms.
