  • We set a start date and a finish date, six months apart

    You get a bespoke link to schedule up to 10 x 50 min sessions during this time period, scheduled at a pace that works for you

  • Between sessions, here’s how you’ll keep moving forward:

    • Each session will always end with very clear next steps for you to keep working on through those 8 outcomes, bespoke to what we just covered in your recent session and where I see your focus going next.

    • You’ll use your private coaching portal in Notion to guide your progress, and in here, I will share suggested tools, reading, videos, etc to guide you between sessions

    • Before your next session, I will go in and review your progress, any notes or documents that you’d value feedback on, and come prepared for your next session knowing exactly where you’re up to in your journey through this shared portals here

  • Yes! A big percentage of The Ask’s client base over the years are not UK based. We have zoom and stripe for that. Coaching calls can be held between 8.45am for Aus/NZ based clients and and as late as 7pm for West Coasters, for example. Most 1-1 sessions are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • Payment plans of four payments of £1100 are available.

  • Of course! Take your time looking around at the blogs, videos and resources I’ve created over the years.
