Your Coach, Ellen Donnelly, has spent the last decade supporting entrepreneurial professionals and helped thousands on their path to discovery their most fulfilling work.
Since launching her own coaching practice, The Ask, in 2020, she's sold hundreds of thousands of pounds in coaching to individuals, and helped many to pivot their careers and build businesses around their talent. She’s tried it all, and learnt from her own mistakes on the path to fully booked and is inviting a small group of coaches to join her build thriving coaching practices this year.

If you back yourself to be working with clients and start creating the foundations of a healthy coaching practice, absolutely. Similarly, if you have decided to build a life/business/career coaching business without a certification then you are still welcome.
This programme is for those who identify as a coach - in that your role is to guide clients through a transformation. How you do this is up to you, but please note this programme is not suitable for consultants or coaches who are really selling a methodology eg ‘marketing coach’.
This is about human transformation, personal/professional development work.
