Whilst I have plenty of insights and strategies to share when relevant I am also tasked with helping you figure out your own desires, goals and plans so that you are not building dependence on me to run your business.
Whereas consultants typically have a set framework/approach, coaching is much more bespoke and person-centred.
Our primary focus is tuning into what’s right for you, developing your ability to navigate challenges and make decisions long after we work together. -
I’m located in sometimes-sunny London, UK, but Zoom is our connector anywhere across the globe. My clients are from the UK, the States, Madagascar, Mexico, and more!
I have a dedicated office space in London Fields, East London, should you wish to come here for sessions.

Expect to invest around £3k for three to four months of support.
This includes our regular sessions (a few hours per month), support via your private DM space, session notes, my reflections and any resources or tools I provide. In our initial consultation we’ll design the right package for you.
I aim to offer massive value for our work together without the eye-popping “celebrity coach” rates that are out there.

I'm direct, action-oriented, and focused on results. Expect challenging questions, honest feedback, and a push outside your comfort zone. But also expect unwavering support, practical strategies, and a good laugh now and then. This work is important, but it doesn't have to be deadly serious!
Here’s how a 7-fig agency owner has described my coaching":
“If you want someone in your corner, with the smarts and emotional intelligence needed to provide genuinely good advice, look no further.” -
I’ve dedicated a decade plus to supporting individuals in their careers and businesses (as a recruiter, startup talent lead and 5 years coaching).
Coaching wise, I’m certified with an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching (International Coaching Federation-approved, which is basically the industry gold standard).
I’ve coached 200+ clients through The Ask, so you can trust that I’ve got plenty of experience under my belt.

Whilst coaching is much less about specific industry knowledge and more about asking the right questions, most likely I will have experience coaching in your industry, having worked with entrepreneurs across a wide spectrum of sectors. I will always do my homework on your sector if we are working together, and my clients have come from all over—tech, PR, nutrition, sexual health, and more, just to name a few. However this is not consulting where I bring market data to your business, you are the subject matter expert, and my role is your co-pilot, thought partner and accountability to support your growth and evolution!

Think of it as a no-pressure, get-to-know-you session. It's a chance for us to see if we click and if coaching together feels like the right move. I'll guide you to better understand where you're at and whether coaching could be your next step. You’ll leave with more clarity on your situation either way.
No hard sell, no awkward pitches—just a genuine, exploratory conversation on both sides! I am looking for clients who seem coachable, and who have the smarts and attitude needed to be successful in business, so this is a chemistry fit on both sides!

Every engagement is customised, so we get fully focused on your own particular goals. For earlier-stage founders, our work might end up revolving around learning to step up massively in your self-belief, skills, and personal leadership. For more established entrepreneurs, you might be coming to coaching with a decision to make (about your direction, team, financing for example) or an idea for a new phase that you’d like to explore. The key is always meeting you where you are and helping you get where you want to go.
